It has been a busy time for ‘Books and Borrowing, 1750-1830: An Analysis of Scottish Borrowers’ Registers’ since we started in June. We have been liaising with partners, working with digitised records, and adding information to our content management system. We’ve also been publishing a weekly blog to report on our findings and plans.
My contributions to the blog for 2020 can be found here:
- Introducing Books and Borrowing, 1750-1830
- John Millar’s Borrowings in Spring 1768: A Preview of the Glasgow Professors Borrowing Registers
- Subject Classifications
- William Hunter’s Library and Legacy: The Hunterian Museum Library
Best wishes to all for a peaceful, restful, and healthy holiday season! And may 2021 be better than 2020 for all of us!
